The candle of Salvation
The candle of Love
We are saved
We are saved
Echoed by the song of Mary
Her Magnificat
My heart praises the lord
Biblical reference
Micah 5:2-5a
But you, O Bethlehem of Ephrathah,
who are one of the little clans of Judah,
from you shall come forth for me one who is to rule in Israel, whose origin is from of old, from ancient days.
Therefore he shall give them up
until the time when she who is in labor has brought forth;
then the rest of his kindred shall return to the people of Israel.
And he shall stand and feed his flock
in the strength of the LORD,
in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God.
And they shall live secure,
for now he shall be great to the ends of the earth;
and he shall be the one of peace

Thank you for this inspiring quotation from the Bible. I do not know much about the Holy Book but I have my two favorite psalms I use. They are 27. and 91. In the times when I am feeling down, discouraged or anxious this is what I always turn to and I always have the comfort I need.I appreciate your website and its content.

Wow, this article has really made my day, reading through this few and precise information has given me a clear insight about what salvation is, I like the Bible reference you’ve stated here, it’s good to be drawn back to the scriptural examples and background. I wish to get more from you.
Yes, there is great power in the Word of God.
It is a seed planted in our hearts, bringing forth fruits in due time.

Wahoo, you just helped get into a time of inspiration, I have always seen the account of Isaiah about Jesus, but pointing to the account of Micah is highly inspirational. He (Micah) described him as the one to rule Israel, he also described him as the one to feed his flock in the strength of the Lord.This points to the coming of our Lord , so good am seeing this at this season.Once again thanks a lot.
Yes, the reading of the day is magnificent indeed…He is all that… the one of peace… the message of the angels to the shepherds in Bethlehem. Rejoice indeed!
Thank you for sharing your insights
