Engaging subject. The cathedral of Our Lady of Paris of Notre Dame is an exquisite picture of stunning architecture and beauty. It would have been even more demonstrative if there were pics of the inside as it is amazing the faith and money and love that went into the building of this awesome structure.
In my first visit Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris, i made a lot of discoveries and i must tell you that i would never be the last visit as i would make sure i go back again even though it quite far and expensive due to my location but i would try my best as there is a lot to learn from the epitome of beauty.
I never had the privilege of visiting Notre Dame before the fire, though I do have family who did. It really is an amazing architectural piece of artwork and I hope they are able to repair it and bring it back to its former glory. Do you happen to know how the process of repairing is going? Are they planning on making it exactly how it was before the fire destroyed a lot of it?
Right now, it seems the works were stopped because of the instability of the building and the outbreak of covid 19.
The french president hopes to finish the rebuilding and renovation of the building within 5 years. He is helped by a team of architects and sponsors… and many doubt they will be able to restore its old splendor in such a few time…
